Faster Transaction Processing

We've significantly improved the speed at which transactions move through the Kintsugi pipeline. Thanks to parallelization, the system can now process twice the number of transactions in half the time.

For high-volume sellers, this means faster reconciliation, quicker filing prep, and less waiting around. Many of our customers rely on Kintsugi as a key part of their scaling strategy, and the increased processing speed means that customers can go from several hundred sales per month to several thousand sales without a hiccup. 

New Integrations: Zenskar and Recurly

We've added two new billing platform integrations this month.

Zenskar is a usage-based billing and revenue automation platform built for modern SaaS companies. If your pricing model includes metered, hybrid, or consumption-based plans, pairing Zenskar with Kintsugi ensures the right tax is applied across every jurisdiction automatically.

Recurly powers subscription management and recurring billing for a wide range of businesses, from streaming and media to DTC subscription boxes and SaaS. Kintsugi sits between Recurly and your general ledger, handling real-time tax calculation, liability sync, and automated filing, so you can scale into new markets without adding compliance overhead.

NetSuite: General Ledger Write-Back

For teams running NetSuite, we've introduced the ability to write back to the general ledger after filings are completed on the Kintsugi side. Your books and your filings stay in sync automatically, no manual reconciliation required.

Introducing the Learning Center

Getting the most out of Kintsugi just got easier. The new Learning Center is a resource hub built directly into the platform, accessible from the header on any page.

We now offer videos and guides relevant to wherever you are in the platform. Browsing your registrations? You'll see content about registrations. Working through your filings? The Learning Center surfaces what's most useful for that page.

It's designed to answer your questions in the moment, without leaving the platform or digging through documentation. More content is being added regularly as the library grows.
